A General Management Skills for the Hierarchy of Bank Managers

The purpose of this study is to provide general management skills for the hierarchy managers in Iranian Tejarat Bank identify, assess, prioritize, and enhance required skills. present research an inductive, cross-sectional case with a mixed-methods design. Data were collected using document analysis, interviews, questionnaires two steps: stratified sampling first phase, including 63 subjects, random second step, 2220 subjects. questionnaire has been included from items achieved interviews step.
